AEC–ECSA–EJN–JMI Mentorship Programme 2025–2027: mentors announced
We are pleased to announce the selected mentors for the AEC–ECSA–EJN–JMI Mentorship Programme 2025–2027, an EU co-funded initiative dedicated to supporting emerging artists while actively promoting gender equality and non-binary visibility in the music industry.
Following a thorough selection process, we are delighted to welcome the following mentors, nominated through ECSA member organisations and representing the contemporary classical music field:
Seung-Won Oh – Nieuw Geneco (The Netherlands)
Sorana Santos – PCAM (United Kingdom)
Age Veeroos – Estonian Composers Union (Estonia)
We would also like to sincerely thank all applicants who took the time to submit their applications, and we encourage those who remain eligible to apply again in future editions of the programme.
The Mentorship Programme, co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Commission, is a joint initiative of four leading European networks: European Association of Conservatoires (AEC), European Composer and Songwriter Alliance (ECSA), Europe Jazz Network (EJN), and Jeunesses Musicales International (JMI), through its Ethno programme. Together, they have appointed 9 mentors (3 from each genre area: Contemporary classical music; Jazz and creative, improvised music; Folk, world, and traditional music) and selected 9 mentees from among students and alumni of AEC member institutions.
