Flashback on the Conference on implementation of the 2019 EU Copyright Directive

Together with the European Writers' Council (EWC), the Federation of European Screen Directors (FERA) and the Federation of Screenwriters in Europe (FSE), ECSA organised a conference on the implementation of the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (CDSM). The two panel discussions focused on the current transposition of Articles 18 to 23 of the Directive and looked into how to improve further authors’ contracts and remuneration.
