Online Lounge: Diversity & Inclusion in the music industry
On Tuesday 22 November 2022 from 11:00 to 12:30 CET, ECSA’s Working Group on Diversity & Inclusion will host an online lounge and bring experts from the music field to discuss topics on Diversity and Inclusion that affect the Music industry, including gender, age, and ethnic diversity. The overall aim is to raise awareness and exchange good practices about these topics. The event is open to the public.

2. Brainstorming session (12:00 - 12:30 CET)
- Breakout rooms
Following the panel discussion, participants will be assigned to three breakout rooms. They will actively participate by sharing personal stories and experiences, exchanging views and good practices, and raising awareness about the current and future challenges in the music sector. Afterward, all participants return to the main room where moderators report on the outcomes of each room. Moderated by:
