Creative Europe is the European Commission’s framework programme for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. As the cultural and creative sector has proven itself to be a source of job creation, contributing to growth in Europe, ECSA advocates in favour of a budget increase of this programme as well as for a sectoral strand for music.
