Machiel Smit
Machiel Smit joined ECSA in October 2022. After his Bachelor in European Studies, he graduated from Maastricht University with a Master in Politics and Society.
He has worked in the field of Communications in several NGOs, in the European Commission as a Blue Book trainee at the European Research Council, and as an editor in the media sector. He speaks Dutch, English, and German at a professional level.
