Benefits for ECSA members
ECSA members enjoy various benefits:
- Join a big network: Join a large community advocating for the interests of music authors, and access an international network of professionals, experts, and organisations in the music industry.
- Contribute to ECSA's advocacy efforts: ECSA represents and
promotes the rights and interests of its members at national and EU level on
matters related to copyright, music streaming,
AI, fair remuneration, and more. We do this by
participating in consultations, meetings, and other events within and outside the EU
institutions, as well as partaking in conferences, panels, and cultural events
across Europe. ECSA members are actively invited to contribute to
policy discussions and to have their voices heard at the policymakers’ table.
- Benefit from funding opportunities: Benefit from EU-funded opportunities for ECSA members via the Creative Europe programme of the European Union and information about funding opportunities through the European Union.
- Participate in Working Groups and capacity building: Participate in specialised groups, exchange information, and develop best practices. Take part in initiatives to enhance digital, entrepreneurial, copyright, and publishing skills. We often invite industry experts as external speakers to our Working Group meetings, which are open to all ECSA members. Find our list of Working Groups via this link.
- Amplify your voice: Raise the profile, exposure and international visibility of your organisation by joining our international network, with the possibility of promoting your activities and initiatives internally as well as via our monthly newsletter.
- Stay up-to-date: Receive regular updates on EU and international developments on matters including authors’ rights, music streaming, AI, fair remuneration, funding opportunities, and more.
